Nutrition and Training

I am Ian Kearney, a student at the University of Michigan. I have been working with athletes for just about four years now to help them achieve their health and athletic goals.

I used to specialize in powerlifting and bodybuilding coaching, where I coached multiple USAPL meet winners and helped various athletes qualify for national-level competitions. I like to approach nutrition and training unconventionally, tailoring it to the specific athlete rather than relying solely on broad, generalized methods, as everyone is different.

Here at Rex Racing, I will be one of the nutrition coaches helping all of you be in peak shape when it comes time to race.
